Return Policy

Factory Defective items are returnable for exchanges. You are required to contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail within 10 days of receiving the shipment to get a Exchange Authorization Code.

All items in original condition are returnable for refunds. Company will repurchase any restockable item at 80% of original cost. Shipping cost is not refundable. You are required to contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail within 5 days of receiving the shipment to get a Return Authorization Code.

All items damaged during shipment are returnable for exchanges. You are required to contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail within 3 days of receiving the shipment to get a Exchange Authorization Code.

You must write the Exchange or Return Authorization Code on top of our Address. Any item returned without a Exchange or Return Authorization Code will be refused. Return items should be sent back with insurance to cover any other further damages or losses.
